The bottom piece is what the turntable bottom gets bolted into. It welds onto
your now-Westy tracks (rendering your original tracks useless). The turntable
top which rides on the round plate has a set of tracks on it which duplicate
your old tracks. Your existing seat (or any other seat intended for the
factory tracks) slides onto this track.
