Can only speak to cost of A/C compressor replacement. Plan on buying expansion valve and drier in addition to compressor. Also refrigerant such as Freeze 12 and probably also a drive belt. All available from list vendors. Unless you are doing work yourself, figure about 3 hours for shop to install compressor, purge system, install new refrigerant and check out.
