Okay - do junkyards know this or do they try to sell you just the noncut/noncutting half? And what would be a reasonable price for the whole thing - and - if I were to get this - would it work for other seats that I might put in (like Recaro)? - and, are there after market swivels that can be used? and that parking brake on the floor is my unfavorite heel kick spot when going to the back of the bus - can it be relocated???
