Subject: Battery Removal on '85 Westy...
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Got a problem. I can't remove the battery under the passenger's seat. Lifting the battery out will not be a problem as it has a built in strap. My problem is that even though I swivil the passenger seat 90 degrees where it faces the driver's seat, the black, swivil platform assembly does not allow for enough space for me to lift the battery out. Somehow, it needs to move forward. The archives have proved of no help.

Anybody got any ideas?

Thanks....Phil in Bakersfield
