Subject: CV Boots and crimp clamps


Hi-
        So I ordered and recieved a set of 4 CV Boot Kits to replace
the boots on the rear axles. The kits I recieved were Meistersatz kits
and they appear to ship without crimp clamps to secure the rubber end
on the axle. The boot however has little lines on the rubber end around
the circumference suggesting that it is meant to be fastened with a
crimp clamp. Does anyone know if the crimp clamps are necessary?
