There has been a 1987 westfalia weekender (no sink/stove/fridge, rear facing seat) in the Salt Lake Tribune for the last week for a mere $3400.00 OBO. I called yesterday and the guy said it was in pretty good shape. One small blemish on one of the rear corners. Almost no rust. Interior in great shape, new tires, fairly new engine, I think he said 3,000 miles on new. 165,000 miles.

I was soooo tempted to go check it out but i really don't need another one. I though about buying and selling it for more but I would probably end up keeping it.

Anyway I don't have the actual ad here. You can find it online at sltrib.com, then search the ads for westfalia under vans. Sounded good to me.

The guy said his ad ran all week then he would sell it. He said he has several offers. Area code is 801. Good luck, I hope it lands in the list. Could be a killer deal.
