ff you're trying to avoid aluminmum because you believe its bad for you Dr Colgan (he writes books, has an institute in san diego county where he used to live, now lives in canada, and used to work for a university in, I think, New Zealand) states that there is more aluminmum introduced into the body via the water supply than through cookware - that municipalities use aluminum sulfates to clean the water, that most bottled water is just unregulated tap water, and the filters don't/can't remove the aluminum sulfates... --- ever since an athlete under his guidance got arsenic poisoning, from the tap water in some part of colordo, while training for the olympics, he's been advising people to use distilled water...
