Hi All, I just went to fill up the propane tank on my '87 for the first time....it was empty from our latest trip. The attendant at the propane place tried to fill the tank without opening the relief valve. As he was attempting to fill the tank, propane began to come out of a small pin sized hole just below the red relief button. He stopped the process, I opened up the pressure relief valve, but propane continued (and 1/2 hour later it continues) to come out of this little pin hole. Is this normal? What is this pin hole for? Is the filling valve part of the tank dead and need to be replaced? TIA Ric |
