I'll do this one more time.  I took a single post VDO sender and a
conglomeration of 1/8 " npt brass nipples, 45's and T's to tuck both the
original VW sender and the VDO sender underneath the pushrod tubes and still
clear the shield.  I took photos of it for Bill Davidson(I think) and one
one other list member that were to post it on their websites and I think I
did a detailed breakdown ofthe parts also.  If either of the guys I sent
that stuff to could respond as to whether it got posted on some one's
website, it would help this guy out.  That hose makes me nervous.  Make sure
you use some high temp protection sleeves for the wires you run down there
as the exhaust loves to burn insulation off those wires while the breeze
blows them around while driving.

I spent a whole day configuring this contraption and although it extends a
ways away from the block,  there are no signs that anything is fatiguing and
there's only minor seepage a the pipethread joints even after two years of
hard use.
