On the wiper control arm at the right of the steering wheel.
Push down on the arm once to get it going and once more to turn it off .

Hold down on the lever to wash.
If it has been a while it may not work.   If  you hear the pump humming
when you hold the
lever down but no liquid comes out try having someone hold the pump on
for you while you
carefully clean the nozzel orifice with a fine needle or similar object.
