Just narrow your search date range.  Suppose you ask for Jan 1998
through August 2000.  And it comes back saying 350 found, but it lists
the 100 from Jan 1998 to Nov 16 1998.  Do the same excact search but
from Nov 16 1998 to August 2000.  This will get the next 100 (with
some overlap for the date of Nov 16, 1998).  Keep repeating the
process until you get 'em all.
