I just picked up the van. What the shop has done is wire it so that when the AC FAN, not temp control, is turned on the radiator fan comes on 'high'. However, they say that if the engine temp goes to the point where the 'high' fan is kicked on the AC compressor will kick off, as originally designed to do.

I think Ken's right in that the radiator fan is supposed to come on 'low' when the AC compressor kicks in but it gets hot in the Sacramento Valley so maybe 'high' isn't bad.

Does anyone think that going to high instead of low is going to foul anything up?
