        They do a visual inspection. The little screen tells them
that there should a horizontal 4 cylinder in there. Most smog
stations know a little bit about engine types and won't touch
the conversion without a CARB sticker. You get that sticker at
the referee. The referees are not dumb, they tend to catch little
things like missing O2 sensors...
