Bought some new speakers via online auctions a couple of weeks ago, and just got around to installing them last night

OHMYGAWD

I took out the bass-blocking capacitors for the rear 5.25" speakers and installed some new PYLE 5.25" midbass speakers in the AC shelf.

It now picks up the 100-300hz range that was missing from my system before. All the highs now come from the front, so it sounds like 'ol Rob Thomas is screaming in my face, and the congas come pounding from the back. And when you pop in some SKA, those horns blowing in your face, the bass and drums hitting you in the chest..... wow.

The only problem I have now is that when I go to the drive-in I have no highs in the back, so I will have to buy some component tweets to put on the bottom of the AC unit so I can hear the voices like they were meant to be.... (I back into the spots)

Just happy, so I thought I'd babble.
