Just by accident we were given 2 Calphalon 10" covered frying pans (with loop handles) so one lives in our Westy, they are aluminum but they are annodized so no bad stuff. They are wonderful to cook on. Other than that, a 1 1/2 qt covered saucepan with wire handle (takes up less room then a regular handle). Other than that we carry a cast iron rectangular griddle that fits over both burners and a percolator (stainless steel) for heating water and making coffee. That's it except for a good supply of heavy duty aluminum foil. We have never needed anything else and we do a lot of cooking. The previous suggestion of watching the pan size, especially the coffee pot is a good point. The opening in the burners is way too big for a lot of them. I solved that by putting a cookie cooling rack over the burners, it will burn through in time but they are cheap enough. I remove it when I don't need it.

Now go cook up a storm!
