You know back when I was having problems - one of the things that helped was my mechanic just took one particular connection and unplugged it and then plugged it back in.... and it worked/helped... I never did find out what he was refering to though....

This post from August 16 is one mans story of hows he's been throwing parts at a problem that hasn't been solved:
