Somewhere on a web site I once read that a 50/50 mix of coolant works better at removing heat from your engine and has a higher boiling point than either component by its self. Wish I could find it again. Speaking of websites, for those seeking info on a/c conversion please check www.epa.gov and type r-12 into the search. Select R-134a conversion from the options. Lots of good info.
