Funny, I've had the same experience. I speed along w/ other cars & the CHP inadvertantly almost always stop the speedy red rice rocket or the bright yellow UberWagen w/o giving der Vanagoner so much as a glance. I'm usually going just as fast as everybody else. Probably mistook the van for a moving guardrail.
