We're at 155,000 miles with new heads at 95,000 three years ago. Most reliable engine possible since without a single engine related problem. Now if I could only say the same for my clutch. Even though I love this water boxer, I know the engine hoses, exhaust, fuel lines etc should probably/may need to be replaced in the future which has almost resigned me to a Tii conversion as a longer term cost avoidance measure. I need to look at the numbers and see exactly which breakable parts of the old boxer would be used with the Tii.
