Get in touch with an upholstery shop supply shop on the foam - find out whats available, get referals for other suppliers if need be - choose how firm you want your foam..... and how durable... Look at www.cleansleep.com - consider the cleanair material - they can make you a custom mattress encasing if need be - or maybe sell you the material and you can make one yourself - give them a call.... You could even make a head to toe garment with this white material and walk the desert. If someone appears tempting you with slick 50, just resist him.
