I just went to Advance Auto here in Millville and they sell Costal Gear oil. It is approved for GL-3, 4 and 5 and is cheap at around $4.50 a quart for dino and $5.50 a quart for synthetic blend. So riddle me this Batman: how can GL-5 be bad for our transmissions and yet this oil be rated for GL-3, 4 and 5? Anyone care to take a stab?
