I recently had my entire exhaust (sans muffler) coated by High Performance Coatings (HPC). I used their HiPerCoat exhaust coating and had the coating applied inside as well as outside. Total cost for the coating was under $200. So far, after about 1000 miles, there is no evidence of cracking even where the pipes have been dinged by rocks. I'm a happy customer...
