Sounds like it could one(or combination of) things.
1>worn starter pinion bushing
2>Bad starter
3>Weak cell in battery
4>Engine ground straps
5>weak charging system
Most flaps have mobile test equipment they can roll out to the parking
lot and happily test your electrical system for free.
