I used to have some links to some pages with this very subject. I know they
are out there somewhere, this was the first one to come up in a search:

You'll have to do some searches on various combinations of vw, crash, bug
or beetle, etc, but there are more pages out there, I've seen 'em
(really!!). I did all kinds of looking around when one of my brothers was
driving a '68 bug around and he wondered how it would do if the worst happened.
