They're not, I'd say. Remember, Daimler/Chrysler now owns 49% of Westfalia. I'd wager that over the long run they'll focus their camper conversion efforts on Daimler's vans rather than Volkswagens, and probably mainly for the European market. A 49% stake in a company gives you a lot of influence.
