I still have a few books in stock.

As for the kitchen set, there is a version available for the Vanagon. In fact, you can still buy the whole camper package as a kit. The DIY book shows you how to make a lot of your own parts and where to get the rest.

The cost of shipping the entire kit over here would be prohibitive. You could find a good used Westy for the price of the kit alone.
