Will wraparound plastic South African bumpers fit an 84, does anybody know?

My 84 Caravelle has a stainless rear bumper with the small black plastic
break-off endcaps; I want to remove the aluminum bullbar, which will leave
me bumperless at the front.

I have the opportunity to get new RSA bumpers at very low freight cost, and
need to know ASAP whether they will be possible to fit without major
modification. I assume that I would need the RSA mounts; will these fit the
German fittings? Will the bumpers match the body shape?

I know there are body differences between the German and RSA T3s, but the
only one I know specifically is that in the RSA vans the rear air intake
grills are part of the stamped quarterpanels, unlike the screw-in plastic
grills on the Germans. Someone said that the side windows are deeper in the
RSA vans, but perusal of photographs doesn't lend me to agree.

At the same time I just might go for 15" front discs and stubs (if I can
get my contact to procure used items...he's very reluctant to do this), and
definitely the grills!
