GET BOLTS FROM : Local vw dealer-expensive or a list vendor (Depot,etc.) GET THE SPLINE TOOL: from Snap-on for $20 or a list vendor for MUCH less. My new cv's came with the splined bolts. Internal socket hex caps are too easy to round out. Do NOT be tempted to use a Torx bit on the splines bolts. A vw mechanic suggested tapping the bit into place to seat it firmly in the socket.
