I just caught that word "high" in the below mentioned phrase..... I've just been starting to do this: the idle upon shut down - but I've been letting it run itself, not pushing down on the gas peddle... I thought it was bad to rev your engine before shutting it off, I know he says high idle and not reving... so what rpm is high idle, and is that correct, its not just idle, but high idle....
