Follow your own advice. You can make something kinda look like a Syncro Westy but it never will be and will be worth less than the sum of all your vans. While not impossible, it is very labor intensive to perform correctly. Unless you're Handy Andy w/ a friend named Welding Sally, your better off finding A vehicle already just the way you want it. Here's a thought... Find a broken Syncro Westy and fix it instead. Much easier to replace and repair components than it is to adapt same.
