Subject: Traveler's aid list

We, or at least I, have a list of those listmembers who have offered to provide aid to fellow listmembers in times of need. Aid might be mechanical help, a road condition report, or just a cup of coffee, depending upon the needs of the traveler and the abilities of the host.

Anyway, I began to compile a list late last year, which my computer promptly ate. I started a new list early this year. It probably has around 30 or forty names on it. It was pretty much agreed that the list would only be circulated among those who were willing to be on the list (one had washes the other, etc.). Also, some would like to retain their confidentiality, and our list is a bit leaky.

Anyway, if there is a great deal of interest, I'd be willing to attempt to host this list. Having learned a bit from the sticker experience, I would probably want to do it a bit differently this time, like using a web page instead of email. Any ideas?
