[no vehicle yet...currently driving a toyota 4x4 p/u]

So I've decided that the ultimate vehicle for me would be a syncro camper setup. Now the question is, considering how rare the syncro camper combo is, is it worth the difficulty/cost to retrofit an existing syncro? Any ideas how much it costs to put in a pop top/stove & cabinetry, etc.? Where should I go to get these items new/used?

Or should I just wait until a 'prebuilt' one comes along?

-Todd (new to the list)
