Yup. They're out there. I've got a couple on my 1986 Vanagon. However, the originals are almost impossible to find. Just take your bus to a storm window/screen shop and have them measure and make you a couple of aluminium-frame screens. I just drilled four holes for mine and fastened them in place with machine screws. They've been there for ten years now with no problems, except for the time a friend threw a cup of sour milk out of the window, forgetting about the screen.
