Today was Seam Sealer day. I know its probably not the right stuff, but I used "3M Heavy Drip-Chek Sealer" and it really is nice stuff. It smoothes easily by finger; it sets up very quickly; it is flexible; it sticks very well; it fills the seam crack completely; and best of all its paintable. I got my tube of sealer from Onka Joel (aka Joel Walker) the List's poet emeritus. My wife and I were at Busses on the Blue Ridge about 3-4 years ago and Joel gave the tube to me. Very generous fellow. Just like a cat, its the gift that keeps on giving. Thanks Joel, Larry |
