Mark: Two excellent fishing kayaks are made by Dagger. One is called the
Delta and the other called the Bayou. Check them out at www.dagger.com
they don't fold up, but they're fairly short and would likely fit inside or
cartop easily. take-a-part paddle would help save space too.
