It's $179. Once installed there is a vertical metal plate about 5" in size visible behind/below the bumper (which the hitch ball bolts to), otherwise nothing visible at all. I painted mine to match my bumper. You can use a file, snips, dremmel tool, etc. to notch the bumper. It doesn't have to be pretty because unless you lie under the van looking up you'll never see it.
