I shop the Eugene store several times a month. Can't say that I've ever observed firearms for sale. They do have some camping items in season (tents, stoves, sleeping bags, ect.) Actually the selection is not as great as with other discount stores but it appears the prices are better on what they do carry. In our part of the country, a cheap lunch is "grazing" the food 'demos' on a Saturday afternoon. (That's free) Also, COSTCO is one of the very few places left to sell a hot dog and soda for a buck and a half! (I've noticed a number of Vanagons in their parking lot...the other day a couple was loading laminated flooring into a well used Vanagon; I mean serious loading from one of those industrial dollys)
