Why on earth did they put this seam filler in in the first place. Okay, so its clean and smooth, is it nice looking in appearance? Aesthetically speaking...

This was an area, in two of the vertical seams, that didn't turn out so well in my paint job. Wasn't sure what to do about it. The paint sprayed over it cracked, all the other seams turned out okay...
