Well, after installing a new water pump last weekend, I was preparing this morning to complete the AC repair. I had already removed the evaporator, and was going to replace and retrofit to R134A this morning. But as I was getting out my tools, I saw a puddle of coolant under the right side of the engine compartment. Pulled off the push rod tube shield and saw that the head gasket is leaking. So that's it. I'm not investing in a head job or new engine for this. Glad it happened before replacing the cracked windshield this month to pass safety inspection.

So I'll be making parts available.

I'll be keeping the transmission, to put in my Westy since it slips out of 4th gear on long drives.

I'll probably keep the Digifant brain since I'd like to set up a Digitool and from what I've seen, it involves some careful soldering to the brain unit.

Everything else is up for grabs. AC ductwork is already down, but the evaporator housing is cracked around the ends where it bolts to the body. I was going to have to make brackets to hold it up, so you probably won't want it. The rear bumper is dented. Still serviceable but not worth buying unless yours is missing.

Front seats each have problems with armrests. Driver's right just flops down. Passenger's right is missing. Middle bench seat in good shape, including armrests. It has the folding seat/bed in the back. The upholstery on that and the rear cushion is stained.

I will consider selling it complete. The body has no rust, just a dent at the rear end of the sliding door. It's in New Orleans.
