I have this problem with my right (driver's) window, and my 75 Bay had it too. Someone on the list told me there's a rubber block glued to the back of the door which guides the window. When this falls off your window can fall back against the door with a clunk. If this is your problem, the block should be lying inside the bottom of your door. Clean it and the area it was attached to thoroughly and reattach, using a good-quality contact adhesive.
