Subject:      2liter hydraulic lifter/valve adjustment

Anyone have experience in adjusting the valves on a new rebuild??????????

I am convinced that they are not closing properly...thus the high heat, poor
power, and synchrometer not working.  Can anyone walk me thru this?

The manuals do not have viable info.
