Well, the 4 cylinders fit perfectly, believe it, that's all we're dealing with in the Tiico conversions. The higher decklid is only when a 5-cylinder engine is installed.

Of course not! It would not have 'exactly the same' controls, as it is not the same engine! The conversion does not direct you to connect the carbon canister or oxygen sensor, but I was able to reconnect both in my first Tiico conversion. It is slated to go to the emissions sniffer this week, and I believe it will come out cleaner than the waterboxer, especially at idle.
