Saw Palmetto Extract is supposed to be good for the prostrate and I really wonder if all males irregardless of age shouldn't be taking it (from 20 on) since just about all older men are found to have prostrate cancer at some level of development upon autopsy. Jarrow is decent supplier of this; they're a member of the NNFA based in Newport Beach, and the cheapest supplier of their products that I've found is www.sportsnutritiondepot.com (they don't carry everything that Jarrow makes though - but they carry quite a bit)

You can read about Jarrow at www.jarrow.com - they have a link to the NNFA's site.

And as long as I'm at it, the best multi I can find anywhere (and I've looked everywhere) is Extend Ultra by VRP. Available in capsules http://www.vrp.com/Store/prodinfo.asp?number=2234&variation=&aitem=12&mitem=18 or powder http://www.vrp.com/Store/prodinfo.asp?number=2233&variation=&aitem=13&mitem=18

The homepage is www.vrp.com - just be aware that when you go to their site the backspace button to get back here has to hit a dozen times in quick succession....

VRP will give you a 25% percent discount when you go with their automatic withdrawal delivery program - nice if you don't want to have to call - not nice if you don't like automatic withdrawals... Or you can get a local vendor to order it for you....
