There are 'vinyl repair' kits available through JC Whipme and others. I recall that the last time I bought one was from the local automotive paint supply place. What you get is a couple small 'tubs' of different colors, which you then mix bits of each until you get a mixture close to your vinyl color. Then, you spread this over the tear, crack, or whatever. You are given a choice of several differing texture pieces that you lay over the mixture, and use a small heated 'iron' to cure the mixture and bond it to the vinyl. I have only used this once, on a series of cracks in a Westy's door panels, and it turned out quite satisfactory!
