I appreciate everyone's help so far, here is what I've come up with...

1) Belair Direct, Traders General (CGU), CIBC, and Scottish and York will not insure RVs. Those who responded recommending those companies, I hope you're driving a passenger van or I'd start discreetly shopping around for another company.

2) State Farm was obscene $1000 FOR SIX MONTHS - and no 19A rider for replacement value

3) CAA was OK at $830 per year (actually a bit higher because you have to join their roadside assistance to get those rates - again no 19A rider for replacement value.

4) Still looking at Royal Sun Alliance, they won't give me a direct quote so I called the broker they reccomeded and she had already left for the long weekend.

My insurance agent is looking around for a better deal, and the coveted 19A rider for replacement value.
