The percentage difference is very small and varies with brand and model in any case. BFG lists 195/75/14 = 816 revs per mile 205/70/14 = 819 revs per mile

Look at your speedo and there will be a number on the face. For 2WD Vanagons this is tire revs per mile of the speedo calibration. The 2 speedos I just checked said 805. This means that both of the above sizes are within 1-2%. Close enough.
