Bruce,
I have the Gene Berg dip stick sender also. I think its great! If you are
haveing to undo a bolt every time you need to check the oil then you have
something installed wrong. The only thing I do is pull the stick out and
insert my regular dipstick to check the oil level. There shouldn't be any
bolt to undo.
This dipstick has saved me on a couple of occasions when it was really hot
outside and the bus started heating up. I knew to pull over and turn it off
for a while.
