This is a Jetta question but I do have a Westy - yell if you must. I was exiting the interstate on one of those hard curve exits and my oil light/buzzer came on. It stopped as soon as I got off the exit ramp and onto the straight highway. I checked my oil and it was fine, and there were no further incidents for the next hour when I got home. Is this a scary, bad, expensive thing? or no big deal?? P.S. If any of you know of an equally fine list for VW cars, please let me know and I'll stop intruding on the van list. I've tried the chat room at Rocky Mtn. Motorworks but no replies yet. Karen '84 Westy '92 Jetta |
