I had to dig in my book shelves for my old HazMat emergency response plan and came across many factory protraining booklets from my VW dealer days. One that I use quite often is the Vanagon/Type II fuel systems book. I also found the Quantum Syncro booklet. I have many "Tech Talk" pamphlets as well. Some of these are in a half page format and are laminated with content on both sides. Some juicy topics are; Vanagon Throttle Switch Adjustment, Vanagon Camper Refrigerator Operation, Vanagon A/C Servicing even one on Re-Keying Lock Tumblers. I have several other non Vanagon ones as well. I have one book that as all wiring diagrams for all VW models '81 thru '84. Many other Pro Training books on various subjects and models. I am not sure what the legality of posting these online would be. It would also be a very time consuming task scanning and uploading all this stuff. This is a lot of info.
