I'd like to amplfy a little further....
I used the tire jack yesterday and lifted the passenger rear wheel up. It
seems tight, well in place like it should be. The lug nuts all looked good
and tight. I couldn't move, twist or "rattle" the wheel in any way. I've
looked in the engine compartment. Nothing seems out of place. I've looked
all under the rear of the van, nothing is hanging down, cracked or otherwise
looks odd.
Geez, the Queen isn't staying in my wallet long enough for us to get to know
each other......and I am worried that if this isn't fixed it will cost big
bucks sooner than later.

PS: Last night was the first time that tire jack was used. It was brand
new.
